What cleaning equipment can be provided?

Did you select in the online booking form that cleaning equipment should be provided by a cleaner? Find out what can be brought by the cleaner.

In our online booking form, you may request from a cleaner to bring:

1. Cleaning Solvents *
2. Mop
3. Vacuum Cleaner

Any other equipment (e.g. a ladder, steam cleaner, etc.) may be also provided but on request ONLY. To order other cleaning tools, please contact directly our Customer Support. Please, note that other cleaning equipment may not be always available in some locations.

* A cleaner or a cleaning team may provide you with basic Cleaning Solvents ONLY. If you require any special or specific cleaning agents, you must buy them. Some special detergents (e.g. for wooden floors) may cost up to 100€. If you are not sure, if the solvent you need can be provided by a cleaner, please contact our Customer Support. Please, find a list of the Cleaning Solvents which can be provided by a cleaner below.

Cleaning Solvents:

• Toilet cleaner
• All-purpose cleaner
• Glass/window cleaner
• Degreasing detergent (commercial detergent)
• Anti-limescale (Anti-Kalk) cleaner
• 1 cloth for each bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and other surfaces
• Sponges (scratch-free)
• Paper towels
• Dusters
