What can I see in my dashboard "Cleaning Associate Portal"?

As a cleaning service provider using SPIC AND SPAN. Platform, you may log in to your cleaning associate dashboard.

In your dashboard, you may review all cleaning appointments with your clients. You will find there both completed cleanings as well as the future ones.

You have an overview of the cleaning duration, payouts, appointment ratings, etc.

Moreover, you can check the payment status for each cleaning. There are 2 dots for each completed cleaning.

  1. The first indicates whether the client has already paid the amount due for a completed cleaning. If the dot is green, it means that a customer has already paid, a red dot means that a customer has not paid yet.
  2. The second dot shows if your payout was already transferred by our Accountancy to your selected bank account. If the dot is green, it means that we have already transferred you due money for the cleaning, a red dot means that a transfer has not been made yet.

Please keep in mind that we constantly change for you. We have already many changes in plans which will improve your experience with our platform.
